Chef Fidelis started at Atria as a dishwasher in 2005. With the exception of an odd season here and there, he has been a defining force in the kitchen ever since. 

In an occupation notorious for big egos and hot tempers, Fidelis bucks the trend. His leadership style requires few words. Instead, he draws on the power of humility, quiet confidence and deep expertise. Few, if any, have given more of themselves towards sustaining Atria’s mission of excellence.
